Didactic assembly line for learning Lean Manufacturing
Pedagogical tool enabling learners to be confronted with realistic industrial situations (assembly of a mechatronic assembly) in order to carry out learning activities in the application of Lean Manufacturing tools.
The evolution towards the assembly of other products is possible by the simple adaptation of the layouts and the evolution of the various documentations.
The deployment of ErmaLean requires a minimum workshop area of 100 m² for the different layout configurations required for the activities.
Progressive introduction of Lean tools and the evolution of jobs and methods in order to eventually reach the production rate objective.
Ranges of assemblies corresponding to different performance levels
TP Lean with modifiable Excel file, supplied with:
Display (ranges, instructions, etc.) and feedback (measurements, faults, etc.) for each workstation according to the level of performance used.
Five assembly stations that can be modulated according to the performance tested:
Dynamic storage of all containers required for three product variants
Management position with:
Handling means, supply of components and transfers between stations: designed for the volumes of work in progress encountered at the various sites tested, with performance levels that can be upgraded for the entire process.
Assembly tools and checking fixtures integrated and partly related to supervision (Measurement of screwing torques, dimensions, etc.).
